Sidney the baby asian small clawed river otter playing. Sidney is not a pet. I am a professional animal caretaker and work at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, CA.     In the description, it says the otter isn't a pet, the person is a pro. animal caretaker, they do not make good pets and it is illegal to own one. No offense, just informing you. (:

    okay, so wait.. otters aren't good pets and this little dude is just playing around like a puppy or something, yet 28 out of 50 states let you own a tiger.
